Gluing Rhinestones to Clothing

Hi, I'm Robin, with trees-mom.com and we're making a video for Expert Village today on how to add jewels to your t-shirts. We're going to continue on with our v-neck t-shirt adding our collar jewels. I called this a framed-collar. We've just put the big one on and now we're going to put a smaller one. We're alternating these with big, little, big, little. One thing I wanted to mention is that when your toothpick gets really gunky, you're going to need to throw it away and add another toothpick. Use another toothpick, making sure that you get your glue clear to the edges of your jewel. Sometimes there's a lot of little stringies; you want to make sure that you get rid of. Another way to kind of control what you're doing, is put the jewel right on the toothpick and then just slip it off right onto the place where you want it. Then we're going to add a bigger one. Again, we have our stringies we're going to get rid of. Add this to the back. Use the toothpick to place it right where you want. You need to remember, this is fast drying glue; once you put it on there it's permanent. Make sure it's right where you want to put it.
