Protecting Surfaces & Adding Rhinestones to Clothing

Hi my name's Robin and I'm with treesmom.com, and I'm making a video for Expert Village today on how to embellish your tee-shirts with jewels and we're going to talk about the work surface that you will be working on. You can work on the kitchen table or a card table like I am. You need to make sure that you cover it with a piece of cloth, a towel, something to protect the work surface that you're working on, especially if you're using the glue. You also might want to wear something to protect your clothing from getting the glue on, just in case you accidentally get to close to it or you spill it. You don't want to ruin your clothes. So you want to wear a protective apron or something over you and put something on the table. This glue will ruin the varnish on your table and it will come off of a card table. So you want to make sure that you put something over it, and don't use newspaper. The print will come up on your.. on the project that you're working on. If it's newsprint that doesn't have the printing on it, just regular paper that's fine. Don't use newspaper that has printing on it. The ink will come up on all of the things that you're working on.
