Hey, there! Welcome back. Okay, you've gotten all my fabulous tips for healthy shopping and healthy digestion. So you can get the nutrients and absorb them much better. Because it's not what you eat, it's what you absorb is what's important. So, big thing is... Oh, I think my tea is ready, let me pour some tea right now really quick. Got to have my green tea; it's very delicious and nutritious for me, especially the organic one. Little tip on that: the organic one has less fluoride, which is definitely much healthier for you also. So now that I've told you all about shop healthfully for good foods for you and nutritious foods, there's just some little tips for you that you'd maybe want to know. If you happen to have a gluten problem, or you're just really sensitive to any kind of like wheat or anything like that, I would just like to pick up (and I serve my family this) is the organic brown rice. Lot's of b-vitamins, and it's grown in California, which, I live in California, so that's really good for me because I know that not only has it not been really flown in to me, but it also hasn't come in from out of the country. So it hasn't been sprayed with pesticides or anything like that. And I eat a lot of this and I serve it a lot over at my house to my husband, because we are a little bit more gluten sensitive here. So this is really good for gluten problem people, and that's very healthful. And additionally, with my fruits and vegetables, come on! The fresh produce? It goes bad in my house too, but there is a good tip that you can do to save those fruits and vegetables, especially the vegetable and your herbs that are fresh much faster. You wrap it in a wet paper towel, stick in a Ziploc and then you put it in the refrigerator and it's amazing! It will last like twice as long doing that. And it's so much better and better on your budget too and you'll be happy and healthier. So you know what? Here?s to you and good health to you. Enjoy my tips.
