Bicep Extension Exercise Tips

Hey, our next exercise is a bicep curl, two headed muscle, important muscle in the upper body. We are going to come up the piece of equipment here, the cable pulley system. We want to make sure that we have a selected weight that's going to fatigue the muscle anywhere between 12 and 15 reps, so we are working both on resistance, strength, and endurance. Again, we are going to line up those joints, boom, boom, boom, wrist, elbow, shoulder, and just take it up. Right at peak contraction, put that exhale and release. Again, you are working that two-headed muscle in the middle of the arm, above the elbow. Exhale and inhale back on the way down. Make sure are planted firmly, you've got your pelvis in neutral, head in line with the spine, and just focus, boom, on peak contraction, hold, and release. You can also flare it out a little bit if it doesn't bother your wrist. You got to make sure your wrist stay in neutral, so your muscle fires towards the belly, right there boom, bicep curl in, hold, and release it slowly down, and that should effectively hit that two-heads of the bicep muscle.
