Eating Healthy with Beans & Nuts

Hey there! Welcome back! We have some more healthful shopping for you, for your healthy foods from your supermarket and/or healthy food store. Some good ones are beans and nuts and seeds and all those goodies that are so nutritious. And of course, you see them lined up in the health food store--all these bins and everything. Just a few healthful tips, actually, is it's better to have them packaged, prepackaged, in bags like this, that are already sealed and kept like that. The reason being is, they're much fresher. Beans, seeds, and nuts tend to go rancid and you don't want that rancidity. And you definitely don't want to eat it, because it's not as healthy for you. So you want them to be at the fresh peek, as they want to. Having them come in a prepackaged sealed package--of course, this one isn't sealed because I've already broken into it, because I like these--but it was once sealed. And that keeps the beans--excuse me--seeds, beans--beans and nuts much fresher. And doing that is much more healthy for you. Another thing that you want to look for is sprouted pumpkin seeds. The reason why, is, the sprouted action actually helps be more nutritious for your body, and helps free up the anti-nutrients, and that type of thing--which is actually much more healthy for you in the long run. And you can have them as beans and lentils, and stuff. You can also have those sprouted. I know you've seen them. You can see them all over the health food store like that. Another thing is that when you go in the health food store, you do see those big bins of all these different types of things. Its better not to buy from those big bins, because like I said, those things, you don't know how long they've been sitting there, and they may be slightly rancid, and you want to watch out for that. Fresh is best, and prepackaged is even better. And it's healthier for you.
