Eating Healthy Hot Dogs

Hi, there. Another tip for you and your healthful shopping. Food shopping that is of course. Not talking about the regular kind that I like to do too. Ok, who doesn't like hotdogs come on. We've got our organic ketchup; we've got the organic free range dogs. I am going to put my ketchup on there cause who doesn't like the ketchup that. Oh yea right along it there. That's going to make it extra delicious. But can you believe it, for you guys out there that are msg sensitive there is msg hidden in a lot of different things, organic things even. Organic free range meats even especially processed ones like the hotdog. If you look on the back of your nutrition label there's always the ingredients list. You would be surprised that monosodium glutamate, which is what msg actually stands for is actually hidden on other labels. These ones actually are a little better because it doesn't say artificial flavors which may have msg in it. Or artificial colors which may have msg in it. But this one actually will have other things like organic spices which may also have msg and this one also has organic spices which may also have msg. And citric acid which actually may also have msg. Those are some food labels that may contain msg and if you?re sensitive to them you may want to steer clear away from even the organic ones that have these little labels in there. They may even have the things your allergic to so it might be best to just to make your own meals and not get the prepackaged stuff as much. But if your not so sensitive to them hey no worries a little bit is never going to hurt you anyway and you can eat up your yummy hotdog.
