Hi! I'm back! We're here today to talk about health food and where we need to buy those things. Where are the places that we need to buy? Is it your local supermarket? Is it your local health food store? Or maybe we can do a little bit of both or whatever is convenient for you. We can do that. Just some tips basically to know when you go into your local supermarket or you go into your health food store, on what's important. Some of those things may be at your health food store, which is probably going to have your vast array of delicacies; some of them good, some of them bad. We're going to decide which ones those are, and I'll definitely give you tips on all those. Basically when you go in, you're going to have your produce. There's going to be a meat section, and there's going to be all the little fun, little prepackaged meals. But no matter where you are, you're going to have to take a look at those nutrition labels--especially the ingredients. This one, obviously, is just one ingredient, but it does have a nutrition label, and at the end, you always want to make sure of the ingredients. Everyone gets kind of stuck on this nutrition section, of what, how many fats things are, how many sugars. And those are good things to look for, but just the ingredients will tell you if these are even good quality ingredients, and are these good and quality ingredients that you want in your body. The health food store has better ingredients. Your local supermarket may not have some good ingredients. I'm going to let you know what these are, like high fructose corn syrup. It's definitely not something you want in your body. And it's actually, literally, cheaper than water. So basically, when you go in there, you want to make sure you look in your ingredients and say, at your health food store, or at your supermarket--especially at the supermarket, the regular supermarket--cause they're going to have a lot of high fructose corn syrup in their products, lot of trans fats. And believe it or not, they have some very odd names. Like Trans fats that could be hydrogenated oils or partially hydrogenated oils will be on the label. And so those are some things that you want to look for. So, basically when you go in there, those are just two main ingredients that you want to make sure that you alleviate right off the top, on the prepackaged foods.
