I'm showing how to fill the pancake with the ready nut cream. This cream is flavored with rum and raisin and it is based slightly sweet. We fold the pancakes into halves twice. And we put them on the plate. We serve it in the following way: we pour on top of it chocolate sauce. This is a thick tasty homemade chocolate sauce. Then we spread some sugar powder on top of it. It is adviseable to spread the sugar powder through a small sieve because usually it clumps together. Now it is ready. When we take it to the table just before eating we are pouring a little bit of strong alcohol on it and then we set fire to the alcohol. Here is how we do it. Now the flambe is ready.
