In this exercise we are going to do a quarter note on one, put the sixteenth notes on the second beat, and back to quarter notes on three and four. One, two-E-and ah Three, four. One, two-E-and ah three, four. With the foot and the metronome added in; two-E-and ah three-E-and ah, four.
