1/8 Note Drumming Exercise 2

Next exercise. This figure we just have one and are the eighth notes and then we go two, three, four are the quarter notes. So, it sounds like one and two, three, four. And, it's played one and two, three, four. Now again, notice the sticks moving up and down. Neither stick, they're never together up or down. They're always apart moving up and down aiming for the center, holding them correctly. One and two, three, four. Now, I'll put the metronome on. One and two, three, four. One and two, three, four. One and two, three, four. One and two, three, four. One and two, three, four. One and two, three, four. One and two, three, four.
