Hi, I'm Terry Turco with Expert Village. And this is the wardrobe for the women over 30. But lets face it, 30 is like 10, 40 is the new 20, so if you're a woman and you want to really have pieces that work for you, this is the place to be. Now, we've talked about having a basic pantsuit, you've got a skirt, you've got your pants, you've got some great jackets; but you really want to mix up the look. And how you do that is with different tops. Now, we've talked about and assortment of blouses but now we're going to the sweater. The sweater is a great thing because if you're in a cold climate it will keep you warm, if it's the right sweater, and it really has great vibrant colors to really pick up your wardrobe. Now, I've got a couple of examples of sweaters here that I just want to talk about very, very quickly. First of all, the best sweater to have EVER, is a black turtleneck. The black turtleneck is the most classic sweater known to man. So, if you're only going to have one sweater, or you hate sweaters, get a turtleneck; you'll wear it with everything. Now that's a short sleeve turtleneck because I live in California, and quite frankly, it's not that cold. But if you live in a cold climate go to a long sleeve sweater. Now, another thing I do want to talk about is cashmere. Cashmere is a luxury fiber, as you know. Now, as you see, this is a beautiful cable knit sweater. It is 100% cashmere. The best cashmere is from Italy. My mother country; thank God. Now, if it's not made in Italy, that's okay, but here's a note about cashmere that's really interesting. When you're buying a cashmere sweater and you're plopping down a lot of money for it, it's always really good to have a color instead of a dark black or navy. The reason being, sometimes, not always, but sometimes when you're buying a darker color, they use a less quality fiber of that cashmere; they use a cheaper goat fiber, because that's what cashmere is; and they can hide a number of sins because their dyeing it so dark. So, when in doubt and if you're spending a lot of money, try to go for a vibrant color of cashmere. That way you know you're really getting your money's worth. And as I said before, you can get a number of necklines; this is a nice V-neck. We've got turtleneck, and one more note. This is a beautiful cardigan sweater I've got, and it's got a little bling on it, but you always have to have one turtleneck and have at least one cardigan. Now, cardigan's are great because you can wear them almost as a jacket, you can cinch them at the waist, you can wear them open; but the best thing about the cardigan sweater, it's not your grandmother's cardigan, look for something that's silk, that's close to the body, and fits you perfectly. You'll never go wrong with that perfect cardigan sweater and turtleneck.
