Shoulder Chest Press Partner Exercises

Ok. So, Grace and I are in position for our next exercise. We're going to use these resistance bands to do a Chest Press and also to demonstrate a Shoulder Press. So, the first exercise is the Chest Press. This really works your muscles in your chest and also your arms indirectly. So, this really gives you greater strength in your upper body and it really helps to gain more muscle. And, increase your metabolism. So, the Chest Press. You make sure you're both about far enough apart where you feel resistance. And, we're going to bring it up. Arms are straight out, elbows are locked. And, we're simply going to open and close the bands. So, it looks like this. You feel it? And, if you need more resistance you can always step back a little more. And, you really feel more resistance the farther away you go. Alright. So, that's the Chest Press. And, so now we're going to flip our hands where our palms are facing down. We have a good grip on our resistance bands and are arms are a little far apart. And, now we're going to do a Shoulder Press. Now, this really helps to create more definition in your shoulders and strengthen your shoulders and upper body as well. So, we're just going to come up and back down. Open yours a little bit more. And, up and down. This beats the Shoulder Press at the gym any day. And, you really can feel this exercise. Like, I'm starting to feel the burn already. Are you Grace? And, you want to make sure you're breathing. Alright. And, that's how you do a Shoulder Press and a Chest Press using your resistance bands with your lovely partner.
