We are putting from the used mangalica fat a little bit into another pan. We leave it until it becomes hot and then we put the pieces of smoked mangalica ham inside. We put into the pan the colorful paprika that was cut into pieces previously. We stir it. Then we leave the ham and paprika to fry for about 2-3 minutes. We have to watch out that the paprika will not become soft it has to remain half raw not completely cooked. Then we put on top of it a mixture of tomatoes and onions. Then we leave it to fry for another 5 minutes; we put a little pinch of ground carraway seed; and only now we put the two little spoons of paprika inside, not to make the food bitter. Then we put another spoon of garlic and then we stir it.
