My name is Odon Hankusz I'm working for one of the most famous restaurants in Hungary, Voros Postakocsi, for 7 years. I will introduce you the basics of Hungarian food. This is a beef from special Hungarian cattle called szurkemarha. This is the meat from the leg of the szurkemarha we could use it to cook Hungarian goulash, Hungarian stew, and ragus; it has more flavor and juice than ordinary beef meat. This is the meat of another special Hungarian animal called mangalica pig. We could prepare lots of things from mangalica meat we could make Hungarian stew, steak, we could cook it in one piece or slice it, we can use this meat as an ingredient in both its rolled or small forms. The mangalica ham can be used in Hungarian stew as we are going to do it here. We could also put it in a bean soup or we could use the dried form of it for any meal that we have to put ham.
Hungarian cousine is the best in the world! Igen! Taste it! Igen!
