Potatoes I think it is one of the most popular vegetables in the world. Parsley I recommend to use it cold for all because if you cook it would lose it special flavor. Carrots and celery we eat them raw, half raw, cooked, or steamed cooked. I recommend it for anything but mostly as an ingredient to soups and as garnishings. Hungarian paprika in different colors. This is a mixture of the following kinds: tenene paprika and pretenene paprika. We are using both raw and cooked and it is especially wide spread as a bases for a different meals. Tomato we use it raw or cooked the flavor with vinegar or salt if you use it for salads. Garlic the garlic that you can see here was minced and put into oil so that it would preserves its color and flavor it would not be used immediately. We use it for soups and main courses, it is very healthy we could use it every where but do not put large quantities. Onion: it is also a vegetable that we Hungarians are using a lot. It is a base for our soups and our special thick vegetable course. We are also using raw or cold meals.
