Spin With Foot Hit Using Nunchucks

In this video clip, you will learn how to do different hits besides the L-strikes, hitting your shoulders, waist and parts of your body. Now, we are going to actually start using our arms and feet a little. It will look like this. First, flip the nunchucks over and touch your forearm. Second, spin the nunchucks and touch your foot. Let?s try this again, step-by-step. First, you'll do your basic finger spin. Flip the nunchuck back over your hand and hold it upside down. Repeat, but this time as you are spinning it, finish by letting it rest on your forearm. Once you hit your forearm, push it back, do a full hand spin and hit your foot. Bring your nunchucks back up after touching your foot. This will really change up your form. It will add more variety to it. Once more, hit your forearm, flip back over the wrist, and hit your foot. Using other strikes, such as your waist, begin by hitting your waist from side-to-side then perform the arm to foot spin that we just learned. Another variation on the foot spin is that once you've hit your foot, you may take the nunchucks over your shoulder instead of touching your forearm. Spice up your form and change things up.
