Stretchy Shoes as Baby Shower Gift Idea

Welcome to Expert Village. I'm Gretchen Soares and today we're going to do How to Shop for a Baby Shower Gift. Okay, so one of my first favorite gifts to give is a soft-soled shoe. Soft-soled shoes are fantastic because they allow the baby's foot to naturally grow and mold, with no restraints of a hard sole. They're made out of really soft leather and they're very formable, so the baby's foot can grow naturally. They have elastic at the top, which holds them on very well. And it also holds their socks on. Having been around a lot of newborn babies, socks are the first thing to go. They go everywhere. So this is great because it holds it on. They're also a lot of fun, because they have personality. Here's a little tuxedo shirt. They come in little butterflies. They come in everything you can imagine. They come in ladybugs, butterflies, and cherries. They come in all different personalities. Little gorillas. So the great thing with all the different styles to choose from is you can really personalize it to the family's likes and dislikes. To the child, to the parents. And you can really do it really gender specific, where you get really girly ones or really boy ones. But you could also do it more gender neutral if you don't know what the baby's going to be, per se.
