What is Anaphylaxis?

In this clip we are going to cover a severe allergic reaction which is also none as anaphylaxis. Anaphylaxis as I mentioned earlier is a severe allergic reaction. It can be triggered by any of these that we have mentioned earlier. Some of the more common ones that you will see are from bee stings or from an ingested substance. But anaphylaxis is the same as any type of allergic reaction; it can be caused by anything. The only difference between a basic allergic reaction and anaphylaxis is anaphylaxis is a severe reaction. Generally speaking anaphylaxis is a very fast acting allergy. It is going to differ from your general allergic reaction in terms of a general you may just have a small rash maybe a scratch, maybe some breathing problems. With anaphylaxis this is something that happens very quickly and if you ever yourself experience or you notice anybody that experiences it you need medical attention urgently.
