How to Whiten Teeth by Brushing

Toothbrush, now they come up with all these funky different brands. It makes no difference. The bottom line is that you want the toothbrush to be soft. You don't want to use medium or hard or extra hard, you want the toothbrush to be soft and you're able to be comfortable in brushing with them because, and when you brush with them, you want to have light pressure, light tactile sensation not heavy where when you can look in the mirror, you can see the bristle kind of spread left and right side. You want the bristle to stay straight as you brush and that's actually what cleans well than with the heavy pressure. And if you're using an electric toothbrush, you want to make sure you're very careful because electric toothbrush, because you don't control the movement you just control the placement of the toothbrush, sometime you put too much pressure. You're going to dig away the gum or erode the gum away.
