All right, so we have our web, now we're going to add a spider. I think today we'll do a black spider because that will show up best against the black web and I have a really fun thing I'd like to do to our spider afterwards. I'm going to start with the body of the spider and I make an oval but a little bit narrower at the bottom. This will look a little more like spider mans spider, which of course a lot of the boys are really into. After we make the body, we'll add the head and the head will be just a smaller oval narrower at the bottom, it's pretty much the same shape just smaller. I like to put a couple little like feelers at the top of the head. Now we're going to add the legs. Now spiders have eight legs, I like to do two facing up and two facing down on each side. It's fun to use a detail brush for this and just kind of make your legs, nice and long and thin. Then even though it's not a full-face design, its still taking up a lot of their cheek and it looks like they got a really nice face painting. Then you can go in and add just a little detail, like dots at the meeting points of your web. There you have a spider on a web.
