One of the most common that is out there is Bright Smile, where they do it in the office. They can lighten you color shade multiple on the scale. The other type is very common. It's called Zoom, now they come with the next generation, Zoom2. These products are all the same. They're really not that much of a difference. It all depends on the clinician, the dentist on what they do in order to help you whiten those teeth. Usually the in office products are good for those patients that have very tenacious things. And is a good primer in order to get everything loosened up and then you use the special take home whitening product in order to finish up the rest of the work. The reason is that if you try to use the one step in office, one shot, I just think it's too damaging for out teeth. Doesn't matter if you're younger or if you're older. It's just too damaging for the enamel in the long term. Because initially you won't see it but as we get older you will see the enamel not being able to be as strong, at least in my opinion. And that's how I feel.
