Hi, I'm Karun, speaking on behalf of expertvillage.com and today we are going to be showing some advanced Brazilin Jiu Jitsu techniques, working the triangle choke and some continuations from the triangle choke. Now we are going to work some continuations. Again, in training, when you attempt a triangle choke, you may not always get everything just perfect, so you've got to have some other options to go to, to continue your attack. In this particular circumstance, he has kind of backed out a little bit, and we don't have the ideal triangle anymore. So, what we're going to do is we are going to switch to the wrist lock. Let's see, let's do it again. And we put both hands on the wrist. His elbow is still locked in down there, so it can't go anyplace. So he's going to apply downward pressure on the wrist, nicely done.
