Choke Pressure for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Triangle Chokes

Hi, I'm Karun, speaking on behalf of expertvillage.com and today we're going to showing some advanced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques, working the triangle choke and some continuations from the triangle choke. Then to finish it, he squeezes his knees together, and that should finish him. Let's start over again. Go back to the triangle, don't finish him. In some circumstances, when you can't get the full technique right, because your partner is moving around, there are some other things you can do to increase the pressure. One of the things you can do is to grab the back of his head with both of your hands and pull forward. That will increase the pressure of the choke.
