Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Triangle Choke

Hi, I'm Karun, speaking on behalf of expertvillage.com and today we are going to be showing some advanced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Techniques - working a triangle choke and some continuations from a triangle choke. Here, John has James inside of his closed guard and James is posturing up, like he should be doing, in an attempt to pass. John is going to loosen his grip with his foot, he's going to bring out his hips, and he's going to put sort of a scissors grip on him with his legs. He's going to apply a lot of pressure, pushing away with his feet, still having a good solid grip on the lapel and also on the arm at the elbow.
