Hi, I'm Austin McBride with Expert Village. Today I'm showing you how to do some break dance maneuvers on the floor. So we've gone through, we've top-rocked, we've transitioned. We're on the floor. So once we're down here on the ground in such a position, we're going to show you how to step-by-step move your body in such a way that will allow you to create some energy and to make some interesting dance work happen. So, have all fours down on the ground like so. The first thing we're going to do is bring our left foot forward. And when we do that, bring your right hand up. Now, it's pretty much like playing twister. You just kind of have to use your body, use your balance. And as one thing comes off, another thing is coming up, so you're having only one thing up at a time. And as you're going around - show you a little bit quicker - just using your body, stepping underneath with your trailing leg, putting your other leg up to allow you to move around and it'll allow you to keep doing this for as long as you can. And that is how you do some basic floor work.
