Adding Beads to ID Badge Holders
Hi. I am Robin with Treesmom.com and we?re making a video for Expert Village today. I am making an ID holder. A badge ID holder and we have the first half of our necklace already done. We?ve strung it on the bead along wire. Laid it out and strung it on. We?ve gotten to the center point here. So we?re going to add the open part of our toggle clasp. And we?re just going to add that right in the center. And then to go with that. What we?re going to do is make another part that goes on to the ID badge. We have about an 8 inch piece of wire that we have added a 6 MM bead and angel charm and a 6 MM bead. We have a tail here and a loop. Now the way we do the loop. So we hold the wire. Bend the wire over to a 450 angle. Bring it back wrap it around to make a loop. At this point we?re going to add our clip this is, is the clip we add it right onto that loop. Then we're going to wrap the end of the wire around the other wire. Wrap it around twice and clip what ever excess wire that you may have. And I?ll show you this step again in another segment when we?re making our bracelets.
