Alright. So, now we've looked at how to do a Gainer with reverse and stopping kicking up. Now, I just want to give some of the more advanced viewers a look at a True Gainer, strictly looking forward and kicking up. Now, it uses a lot of the techniques that we've incorporated today; basically, arching the back, kicking up, whipping it. However, this is no setup of stopping and building up and kicking up. It?s purely running forward and kicking out and arching. So, it's a little more difficult. So, let's take a look and I'll do one slowly first. We run, build up that momentum. Plant your foot. But, we're still moving forward. So, if I'm right here. I should kick up, arch and land gaining in space or gaining distance. And, land from where I took off into a further distance. So, let me demonstrate one. So, I'm going to do this slowly. Run, then kick and land. So, that is a little bit different variation on the Gainer. But, that's what some people call a True Gainer because, you're running forward and then in the same direction and then gaining distance. Therefore, being a Gainer.
