Gainer Variations

Alright so we've learned how to do a gainer today. So it's pretty exciting. But it's even more exciting to learn how to do a couple of variations on this move. Now as I mentioned earlier with the differences between the gainer and the back tuck: You can always whip out with two feet and bring back both legs; or you can simply do the regular style gainer. Another thing that you can do is, you can just do a flash kick which basically from a stand still. If you go start from down here, and basically kick out. You need to kick out with the right leg, and then you land. That's what some people call a flash kick. Because the left leg or, excuse me, the right leg, whips out and flashes and you whip back from a stand still. So those are a couple of variation that you can do. Predominantly the gainer, as many people see, it is from (let me just show you). It's from a running and directly just going back-without taking any side steps in the path. However usually these are simple variations that you can take on. And there's many other styles that you can combine these with various other moves. You can do a kick. You can do a tornado kick, which leads into a kick out, which will allow you to a gainer. And you can also incorporate these into other styles or other forms of martial arts, or dance, or such. Now that you learned it, you can definitely have fun with different variations of the gainer.
