So it's important for us to take a step back and see the run, the set up, kicking up which leads us to the arch. Now this is a difference with the gainer and how it looks as you're kicking one leg out and the other leg over like so, you need to arch your back. Put your neck back, arch your back and really whip it backwards because that's, as you whip, it's going to follow through and your legs are going to come down with it as you whip. So like so, they're going to come down. And if you do it properly in the same line as your body, if my leg is right here, then my body and my back should arch in the same path. I shouldn't be too eager to do the arch and to do the kick, that one leg is either not fully out yet or that I'm already arching and this leg is over here. So my point is, let me show you from a different angle, if this leg is facing this diagonal, yet I'm arching this way, then my body is not going to be aligned and it's going to be tugging on each other. This leg is going to want to go one direction and I'm going to want to arch this way. So it's really important to make sure that you're at the right line and arching at the same time so that everything works synchronized and that you're able to build off of that momentum and complete it and land. And I'm going to show you the next steps, which will ultimately lead to landing a gainer.
