Kick Out Tips for a Gainer

OK so we've learned how to do this final step in the set up. Now we're going to move on to the kick. In order to do this kick, we need to kick up to a certain height and then bring in our leg like so. When we bring it in, that force backwards and as we're in the air is going to be enough to rotate us all the way around to do the completed gainer. Let's take a slow look from this step by step, the kick, and as I stated before, that's going to shift our momentum upwards and let's go with that momentum as we're being brought up it all happens very quickly. We bring this let out as if we're about to kick a soccer ball, or kick any ball. Like this. We sort of bring it back and spring load it and we kick and as we kick, it's always good for the leg, the right leg that kicks up to be above or at chest level, because the chest is the point where we're going to start to rotate at. So when it goes here we kick up and we give it a little pump, we bring in our right leg's thigh. And it's OK for the leg and the knees to bend a little bit to a point that it's comfortable. It shouldn't be completely straight because you can use this momentum and force to bring yourself back. And this momentum will bring yourself around, combined with the other techniques that I'm about to show you next.
