Tai Chi Snake Exercise

This one you are going to be twisting the body and this depicts a lot of like the type of the snake. On this, again decide where your weight is going to go. Bring the opposite foot across the body. This twists the hips in one direction. Bring whatever foot is in front – that hand is going to be on top and circle it in the opposite direction, twisting the spine and bring it forward. Again. Shift the weight so that now all the weight is over the left leg. That allows me to easily pick up my right foot. Now the right hand is on top and I am twisting to the opposite of my hips, breathing in, then I am going to breath out. If you’d like to make it more difficult, breath in and out, allowing yourself to sink lower to the floor and giving your legs an excellent workout.
