360 Kick vs. 540 Kick

So actually a lot of people call this move a 540 or a Tornado Kick. But in the strict since there is a difference in the degree of rotation. Most people can just simply do it. If you land on the foot that you kick off of, it's called a 360, because you'll since 360 degrees. For example, if I start here and kick and I end in the same spot. Then that's going to be one full rotation which would be a 360. But some people like to call this basic kick a 540. Now, I'm going to show you the difference between a 360 and I'm going to do it into a horse stance, like so. Versus, a 540 which is 540 degrees like so. So if you note the extra rotation you can see that one spins an extra amount of degrees which adds up to 540. Therefore, today we're going to focus on the basic kick itself without regards to specific rotation. In the end we will focus on variations which include the exact spin for 540 or 540 degree rotation for this kick.
