What is a Tornado Kick?

Today we are going to learn how to do the Tornado Kick. Some people also call this a jump inside kick, an inside 540, or any other variations. But basically what it is, is its two steps and then a kick with the right foot. And then the right foot comes up and over. That's why some people call it a jump inside kick and the right foot goes over like this. I'm just going to do a very simple one. That's what some people call the jump inside kick. Now there's obviously the focus on a big movements with the right leg and also with the left leg there is specific technical details that we need to know to place the part of our right and left leg. So let me show you another one from a different angle like so. We're also going to cover, landing on, doing the complete kick landing on one foot. I'll show you one right now. Like that. That's some of the these we're going to go over soon in today's segment.
