So, we've basically gone over the Aerial today. Some important reminders are basically to be safe. Make sure you have enough space. Keep your body loose. Wear loose fitting clothing, so that you're able to be flexible and kick over to do the Aerial. And, we've also noted the difference between a Cartwheel and an Aerial. Now, I'm going to do one more demonstration for you today. We step back. We want to go over all the main tips. Make sure again, that your joints are loose and you're ready to do this. You do the setup, the run, use your arms, kick up and let that momentum bring you over as you spin on your center axis. So, I'm just going to do one from standing like so. Keep your chest up, look upwards. Do not think of going down like the Cartwheel. And, then play around with various variations doing Aerial Twists, Aerial into Splits, Aerial combinations. A lot of fun things you can do with it. And, it's also exciting to always see on films if you're doing a Martial Arts sequence or various other techniques. And, that concludes how to do an Aerial for today.
