Ok. Now, that we can do the Aerial, it's always fun to learn a couple variations. So, for the normal Aerial you kick up with one you use one leg to jump up and you kick up with your right leg. Now, one variation is obviously just doing it from the other side. But, sometimes people like to jump up with both legs and go over. And, you can basically keep both legs close together. That's one variation. Or, you can also do an Aerial combined with a twist. So, what you would do is basically kick up and at the peak of your Aerial you basically torque your body into a twist. Let's take a look. So, we do the same setup as we do for the Aerial. We run. We prepare for it. And, we lift up. But, as our leg reaches its peak then we'll do a twist. So, it's just a variation of the Aerial like so. So, basically you just turn your body as you're at the peak of that. And, there's all kind of different variations that you can do. Some people like to land, maybe into splits. Land into different styles, switch up your feet. So, these are some fun things that you can try once you have mastered the Aerial.
