Ok. So, now we know what to do with these arms as we circle them and bring them up. Well, as you've seen we do have to jump to do the Aerial. Now, the key thing is that we actually jump upwards. Not forwards, not backwards and not sideways. But, we focus on going up so that we can reach the peak and peak height of our potential for the Aerial. So, let's take a look. We swing our arms. We plant the left leg in front and then we jump upwards as we bring up the right leg back. So, all this happens at the same time. It's really important for that fast twitch muscle to take place. And, give yourself explosiveness so that you can push up and then rotate. And, then successfully complete the Aerial. Now, what we need to do is. Is use our left toe and sort of the way you stand on your tippy toe is what you want to do. You want to use all of your muscles to explode upwards. So, you will end up crouching down a little bit to give yourself spring. However, you don't want to go too low. Because, that's going to, you're going to have to overcome your own weight by too much that it's not effective. So, you just want to crouch down a little bit like a spring. And, pull it back as it explodes. So, we swing our arms. We bring down a little bit and then we kick up the right leg. And, bring we use this toe and the calf muscle and your thigh muscles at the same time to explode upwards. And, do that again. You explode upwards. And, after that it's going to lead into the rotation for the Aerial.
