Ok, so going right into an aerial, you're going to have to learn the difference between a cartwheel and an aerial. Now let me just show you a cartwheel. Typically, you go down, you put your head downwards, and you put your, depending on what side you put it on, you put your left hand down first and then, like so, you do a cartwheel. And do one the other way just for you to see. Ok? Now the difference between the cartwheel and the aerial is that the cartwheel because you're using your hands you have to go down. You basically bring your body down and you do with the assisting, with the assistance of your upper body and your arms, you're able to bring your legs over. Like this. Now an aerial, since it doesn't use the upper body or arms at all, because it's without your hands, the dynamics are a little different. So, what you see with the aerial is, typically, the legs will rise up higher so, whereas, my feet will only reach a certain height if I do a cartwheel. If I do an aerial, it's going to go higher because you have to push upwards, look upwards, bring your hips up and then go over. So, therefore, if you do an aerial, you'll see the difference. Then it goes...then it goes up. And that is the difference between a cartwheel and an aerial.
