Summary of Fermented Foods

Alright so it's the conclusion of and that would be the fermented foods. We talked all about the good things about them and all what they can do for you and your digestion. How healthy you'll be and how much radiant you'll and more energy you'll have and just a couple recipe?s so basically you can implement at home but you know what we're not always eating at home and we definitely like to eat out at restaurants and we all do and what's great about restaurants actually you tend to eat a little bit slower especially when you are with your friends and your laughing and your talking. A little bit of wine with your meal. Obviously not too too much but that helps with the digestion also and what's great is if your at some maybe some Italian restaurants or some of the higher end restaurants they'll have some great artisan breads and those are basically breads that are traditionally made like the traditionally made sour dough so that's a fermented bread and Those are very nice and healthy for you. another little tip for your restaurant out eating so you can have good digestion is making sure you order your meal dry that allows them to not put on or sorts of crazy oils in there that may not be very beneficial to you but you can actually ask for a little olive oil on the side if you need a little bit of oil in your meal maybe on your vegetables or something like that. Or with your bread as a dipping sauce that and a balsamic. Those are always good and being much more nutritious to you. And actually it?ll taste really delicious. So enjoy your time with your foods. You treat them well they'll treat you right and actually you'll enjoy them and be healthier.
