Oh yes I don't know about you but at the end of a long day this is my favorite fermented food or should I say drink. I thought it was a cubature but forget about it there's nothing more relaxing than oops a good sip of wine. This is a fermented product believe it or not and that's another thing that's really good about it. So you just got a bunch of grapes which are very healthy for you and it's fermented down. It actually eats the sugars in the grapes and that's where you get this lovely product. Of course each vintage and each vineyard all have their different aspects of what they do. So we can't go into the complications of it because everyone is different and that's why you have the different flavors and the different colors and everything else that's going on. The main thing is though it can be very beneficial to you. It doesn't really populate the gut for good digestion but it does warm the stomach which is really good for digestion because when your digesting your stomach wants to be warm. If it gets cold it gets all cramped it can't digest as well. So this is actually very warming to the stomach and really good for circulation. That's why some people get a little bit of redness in their cheeks. So that's why you shouldn't have any more than one or two at the most and make sure you don't have it too late at night or you will not be sleeping very well. Although it made me sleepy.
