How to Avoid Halitosis

No, I think I'm pretty good. Thank goodness! Because, you know how we hate the dreaded bad breath thing. So, what does that have to do with anything with digestion and fermented foods? Well, as you can imagine bad breath has a lot to do with your digestion. And, if it's bad you can have it a lot more often than you really want. Haven't you ever wanted why some people have such bad breath and other people are like good all the time? Well, it's connected to your digestion. And, if you have bad digestion you're more likely to have more chronic halitosis which is awful. Some other things that bad digestion hurt, is your skin. Acne, depression is linked to bad digestion. Eczema, gurd which is an obvious thing, crone?s disease, other digestive issues which are obvious. Because you're like digestion issues, digestion problem. But, the bad breath is the big one. And, that's kind of the one that everyone kind of brings up. Because, they have bad breath and they want to know how to help it. Of course, if you're eating too much garlic in your Kim Chi maybe that might be a problem. But, regular sauerkraut or yogurt will help you out definitely. So, good luck.
