Butterfly Twist Martial Arts Tips

Ok,here we go with the rapid recap of the butterfly twist. I guess basically everyone at home need to be in general good condition. Make sure you work out your legs. Make sure you stretch. Do a few knee bends. Warm up those knees like rotating them like this before you go into it. Do a few warm up movements. Shake it out. Get your body warm, relaxed, loose. Then we go in to the set up we learned today. We wind up. We go into it. We make sure have fast quick movements when were comfortable with it. When we have developed the muscle memory that we can go straight into it. Because every movement, as fluid as it is, (the more fluid that it is) the easier it is going to be for you to smoothly go into that transition. You want to stay tight when you're in the air, like this, so that you can get a clean twist and that when you open both legs you get a safe landing. So remember, wind up and go. So you notice that I squeezed in the air. From that we also able to do various variations and use this for our film and sent work, and martial arts applications. So...there you have it, the butterfly twist.
