OK, so we've learned how to do a butterfly twist and adding all these variations. Well, with your knowledge of variations, a lot of people do feel that the butterfly twist is a very aesthetically pleasing movement. I mean it looks good, it looks good on film, it looks good for stunts. So some stunt applications that people use for this is: maybe they might get hit and go into, fly up in the air and spin. Typically, in this case you should have some padding and what not, but typically you don't land from these. So let me just demonstrate one. So, let's say you get hit, you might fly up in the air and get hit like that. Something you can do, which would be also another variation, is when you're up in the air and spinning, as you are facing the ground, if you open up, than you can land, like so. You can go into a landing like this, and which makes it, the move, a little bit more safe, than just spinning and getting hit. So, like so. OK? And these are some typical applications that you might see in a movie: of someone getting hit, spinning off of a building, or flying out and doing what would be a butterfly twist. Something that you have just now learned today.
