Dip Before the Jump Twist in Martial Arts

"Ok, so, previously we left off with the setup of The Butterfly Twist. I showed you that you need to wind up and basically turn like this into this front stance position. Ok so it's crucial were in this front stance position because it leads us into good proper transition into the dip. Now let me just give you an example, so when were here from our previous setup, we go into this and we dip down. Preferably as low as you can, you dip down into it, until your facing that way. Until your facing this wall. Now let me just show you this dip again. Basically, imagine that your head sort of is a weight, basically a chain and ball. So if you have a chain and ball and your throwing it, than basically as, for the physics of it, it's going to pull you in the direction that your head or that the weight is being thrown. So although the weight on your head is not the only force bringing you up to do the twist, it's going to drive you in the proper direction. So, as we dip and kick up this way, than I'll show you from this angle as well, than we will basically be kicking like this, towards that way. So, once we dip down, we want to go as low as possible, because the lower you go the more space your using which builds up more momentum, which drives you upwards better. so it's like this, which will lead us into the next part which is the jump."
