Breaking Down the Butterfly Twist Move

"Now before we do the Butterfly Twist obviously I want to go into it's brother, The Butterfly. I'm going to demonstrate for you guys today, The Butterfly versus The Butterfly Twist. As The Butterfly is generally a precursor to getting The Butterfly Twist, though it's not a requirement. Let me just go ahead and show you what a Butterfly is. The set up, the run, and almost all of the movements prior to the actual twist is very similar, so it's very important to note the differences between The Butterfly and the Butterfly Twist. So lets take a look. So the set up is still basically the same. I'm going to set up, this is a Butterfly, and I will do one from here as well. That's a Butterfly! Now let's take a look at The Butterfly Twist. It's very similar, the whole setup and even the applications of coming up is very similar. However the one difference is the actual twist. so, here it is, The Butterfly Twist, and I will do one from here as well. So, the main difference is that when your up in the air instead of opening up for The Butterfly your going to stay tight and squeeze and twist for The Butterfly Twist."
