Hi, I'm Bulletyme, dance choreographer here in L.A., here on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip you'll be learning how to do a body roll in combination with an arm roll to finish it off. I'm going to demonstrate facing the mirror. So you want to start the same exact way. Lifting your heels up off the floor, bouncing down into the floor not to hard, you don't want to hurt your hip, or your knees or anything else, just very gently push it down, go through the hip, chest, shoulders, and here's back to the basic again, notice how my hands are flexed and out. You want to take the fingertips in, go back to that position, roll the shoulders back, roll down the body, there's your body roll once more. Lift the heels, push, and out. Fingertips, and down, heels push, shoulders roll it on out. You can even add the head, it's optional. Fingertips, push it back, roll it on down. One more time, let's add the head this time and head back. One more time, pushing forward and there you have it, body roll with the arms added to finish it all off.
