Hi, I'm Bulletyme, dance choreographer here in L.A., here on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip, you'll be learning how to do a wave with your arms in the back of your body. I'm going to demonstrate that facing the mirror, so you can get a better angle of it. Facing this way. You want to start by taking arms and puling them to the back, like someone's grabbing them and pulling them back here. Bend your fingertips, bend your fingertips then go to this position here. Fingertips, let's work on the hands for a moment. Push forward, notice how my hands were back here and they cam in and bent and I used my elbows to push forward as my hands stayed in the same space. That's what helps with the illusion, keeping your hands exactly where they are. As hard as that feels that's where they need to be to roll out. So you want to, fingertips roll in, press, push, keep them there, shoulders go back, fingertips go out. Fingertips go in, push, shoulders go back, fingertips go out and that's how you have a roll, a wave with the arms behind you.
