Hi, we're back. We've covered some amazing things and I'm sure you've learned a lot and how to help your child with their digestion and making sure that their feeding themselves right and that your feeding them right and that they are able to digest the food and absorb those nutrients, and all the good things about coconut oil and how that helps your child. Not only with their immune system, but to ward off those colds from their good immune system and also to help with their digestion. Some other things that you can use as an alternative with coconut oil, especially if they're not so crazy about the taste. Some people don't like coconut. Let's call spade a spade. Avocados. Avocados are great. As we talked about before, they're enzyme rich, which of course that helps with food digestion in your child and also in you. There are some great fats in here and they're really high in B vitamins. These are all really good for not only digesting other foods but also absorbing the nutrients. These good fats will also help with their body and brain development. If you want to add some of this instead of the coconut oil, it's a nice alternative. Kiwis are great, also a good enzyme. Bananas and mangos will all help with your child, with their digestion, their immune system. It will make you happier too since too because you've done something good for them.
