Hi there, back again. Another great tip for your child and their healthy digestion. With their nice, nutritious, smaller-portioned meal with nice and heavily dense nutrients like this one right here, you want your child to have a smaller amount of water, or maybe juice or milk, something like that, to have with the meal. If they drink too much with the meal it actually dilutes the juices, and it isn't able to digest as well. Of course they're not going to absorb the nutrients no matter how small and nutritionally dense this meal is that you have for your child. You got this big glass. I know you tend to fill that bad boy all the way up to the top, just because you're like, "oh, here they go. There's their juice, there's their milk, there's their water. Nice and refreshing." But you don't want to do that, not with the meal. About this much is all they really need with the meal. You can even have a little bit of tea for them or something like that. Hibiscus tea is nice. Some water, or obviously some nutritious milk for them for extra vitamins and nutrients, in just a small amount. You know your kids are going to be extra thirsty, especially if they came back in from a playground. So after their meal, about twenty minutes later, then you can say "You know what, take this big glass, fill 'er on up." Give them a big glass of milk, and they can chug it down and run back out the door. So, that's what you want for this one.
