Foods to Help Digestion

Hi, back again. Basically, we're here to get another tip for your child's healthy digestion. Some of the great things that you can actually include for your child's digestion are, and they're right around and they'll probably love them too, because they are so delicious, it is your enzyme rich foods. Bananas which every kid loves (nice and sweet), mangos (enzyme rich also), avocado, guacamole, you can actually make sandwiches out of this little bad boy, with this nice delicious bread right here and kiwi. What's great about these, they all have enzymes in them. What do the enzymes do? They actually help your food break down in the stomach. It actually helps your child and you absorb the nutrients so much better. Some other things are proboscis. Everyone is like what the hell are these proboscises. Basically they are little tiny, little bacteria and they're good. They actually help with your stomach and help also with absorbing nutrients. They are in things like comvucha, which is extra delicious, and they come in different flavors, so it's actually nice for your child. There's grape, there's strawberry, there's mango flavor, so they actually can enjoy it. It has a nice fizzy flavor, fizzy drink to it. So, it's almost more like soda-like and a child will be so much more healthy too. And it's good for their digestion and it's also for you. And yogurt, who doesn't like yogurt, especially kids? You can make it fun, you can add their fruits to it, some bananas, obviously not the avocado, and I picked that up, the kiwi. You can add these things to it and some nuts and it actually makes it nice and nutritious, easily digestible, extra, extra healthy for them and for you too.
