You can't just go looking for a job in something else. It'd have to be the same trade or business. I'm sure you've got that covered. Bye. Hi, Tom Choisnet, enrolled agent. We're going to talk a little bit about job seeking and what deductible. Most of what we see in this regarding in addition to the obvious resumes and study materials in getting ready to look for a job, we see primarily travel expenses. It's very important that the job seeking be done in the same trade or business. Looking for a job in a different trade or profession is not deductible, much the same it is in educational expenses. Remember, same trade or business. Keep good records. As I mentioned earlier on this segment regarding moving expenses, if you happen to not make the requirements on the stay in there long enough you can take it here as job seeking. Thanks again for taking a look at this segment. I'm Tom Choisnet.
